In December, the first cohort completed our newly launched Cahill Leadership Development Program.
The Cahill Leadership Development Program, a four-module program, was developed specifically for Cahill, to build and develop leadership skills amongst our directors, managers and supervisors, particularly around the areas of managing performance, effective communication, guiding others and instilling accountability.
The content of these modules was identified through extensive internal focus groups, our executive leadership team and other stakeholder input and feedback, along with the expert advice and guidance of Jess Chapman of ethree Consulting.
