At Cahill, we take pride in where we’ve come from, what we’ve achieved, and who we are as a company.

We are passionate about finding innovative solutions to complex problems and applying our diverse set of skills and capabilities to building strong, sustainable communities and infrastructure across Canada.

Who We Are

Embracing the future.

Entrepreneurs at heart.

We began as a family company, and the ideals of support and caring for one another still hold true. But we also know that growth and innovation only come by building a diverse team that brings new experiences and ideas to the table. Cahill is always investigating and sharing ways to encourage participation from underrepresented groups, and our HR department leads our efforts in diversity and inclusion – particularly our commitments to working with Indigenous populations.

Integrity. People. Progress.

These are what we call our core values. Every decision we make upholds these values and ensures we are proud of the work we do. Being fair and ethical, being a great partner and employer, and being transparent and respectful to the communities we work with are essential to Cahill. Our relationships with our team and our clients and partners are the building blocks of our success, and their well-being and safety is paramount. Our vision of progress guides us to build an equitable and sustainable world by developing a diverse team, broad expertise, and a future-focused mindset.

Safety & quality.

Cahill approaches safety and quality with the same level of commitment and care we bring to all our projects. Safe Steps, our proprietary safety program, ensures all of our employees are trained to keep safety top of mind across the entire company. Similarly, our quality program is led by management and executed across all divisions, supporting improvement, innovation, and positive stakeholder perception.

We’ve always led with an entrepreneurial spirit.

It’s the driving force behind our innovation and growth. Just as the projects and industries have evolved, Cahill has expanded and evolved through strategic acquisitions, partnerships, and alliances. We’ve adopted new technology, processes, and invested in our people to meet the needs of today and tomorrow. Working in a dynamic and ever-changing environment, we never stop learning or thinking about what comes next.
