Moving from Work Term Student to Full-Time Employee
Say hello to Sarah Faulkner, our newest Pursuits Coordinator. Sarah completed all three work terms here at Cahill and worked part-time throughout her academic semesters. Sarah was involved in many projects during her work terms, further developing and improving her professional and personal skills. She took on more responsibility and had the opportunity to work with many team members, which helped Sarah develop the skills and knowledge required for her current role. Sarah's advice for future work term students is to ask as many questions as possible and not to fret if you find something challenging. Every challenge is a learning opportunity; the more you can get involved, the better!
